These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use Pinitup and its creative tools.

1. Using Pinitup
By using Pinitup, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity carried out through it. Do not attempt to access another person's account or restricted Pinitup systems.
3. Prompts and creative references
Pinitup provides prompts, visual references and editorial material for creative exploration. You are responsible for deciding whether a prompt or output is suitable for your project and for checking the terms, policies and rights that apply in any third-party AI or creative tool you choose to use.
4. Free creative tools
Pinitup's current Creative Tools process selected media, editor state and exports locally in your browser. You remain responsible for the files you choose to load, edit or export and for having the rights needed to use them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Pinitup to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected prompt content, or attempt to obtain private credentials, systems or data.
6. Pinitup content and intellectual property
Pinitup's site design, software, branding, editorial material and protected prompt content remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to Pinitup does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
7. Third-party services
Pinitup may link to or work alongside third-party services. Those services have their own terms, availability and policies, and Pinitup is not responsible for their independent operation.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove or temporarily suspend features as Pinitup develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
9. Limitation of responsibility
Pinitup is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for how you use prompts, references, tools and outputs and for independently checking material before relying on it for commercial, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Pinitup changes. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
